I have been practicing law since 1998. Since 2013, my sole focus has been family law. I practice primarily in Orange County, CA but I will consider handling matters from the surrounding counties (Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino). It is always a pleasure to help clients in creating a path to get them through divorce or other high stress family related disputes. I have approximately 200 trials and evidentiary hearings under my belt and I can still count those where I have not prevailed on one hand. My approach to cases is client specific; always keeping in mind the desired goals as well as being very sensitive to the client's temperment and budget. My website is currently under construction and upon completion, will go into great detail about me and my practice.
I enjoy all aspects of family law practice, but if I had to be specific, it would be helping deseving parents spend as much time as possible with their children and ensuring a fair and equitable division of property upon dissoultion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the process begins with a phone call where the customer will tell me the basiscs of their legal problems. If I believe I can help them, a free consultation will be set up where the client and I will meet, I can review pertinent documentation, learn additional information and discuss further. If it is a good fit, the customer will be provided with a legal services agreement, the customer will provide a retainer fee, we will create a plan on how best to accomplish the customer's goals and move forward from there.
