I specialize in functional muscle manipulation helping to rebalance the body due to routine work, stress and previous/current injuries. Deep tissue/sports massage combined with reiki energy work and cranial sacral work as well. I also educate clients on nutrition, mental health and many other avenues to a wellness lifestyle.
