What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with an initial consultation where I assess the clients needs. Next, I provide the client with a price quote.  Finally,  the customer and I agree upon a price point and execute a contract .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have both law degree and graduate business degree. Moreover,  I have several years of experience as a legal professional.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Yes, for hourly projects, I bill at $400 per hour. Additionally,  I offer flat fee pricing for simple contract drafting, starting at $1000.

How did you get started in this business?

I started in the legal profession as a Courtroom Clerk for Riverside Superior Court back in 2006.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I usually work with small to mid-sized business owners.  However,  I do have a few large corporate clients as well.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I was recently named as a "Rising Star " for 2018 by Thompson Reuters' Super Lawyer magazine.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do your research on the attorney.  What is his/her reputation in the legal community? What do past clients think of this attorney?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

The big question is price point. Quite simply,  you pay for what you get. Must experts in their field are a bit pricier than novices would be. So, depending on the importance of your project be prepared to spend a little more on an expert in that legal subject matter.
