What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our client's typically call us to set up an appointment with both parties, either by phone or in person. Once we determine they both want to participate in mediation, we begin the process. We typically finalze our case under a month.

How did you get started in this business?
I started working in family law in 2000, when I was employed as a law clerk for the Department of Child Support Services and have worked in family law consistently since then.

Our mediation cases settle quickly. We can mediate in person or remotely via video and or phone.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure that your mediator is a family law attorney and knows the court procedures in the local courts.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure that both parties will participate in the process. If the other party does not want to participate, we can also help with a default (where we proceed without the other party). If the other party wants a contested divorce or family law matter, you will need to litigate.
