With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor in Law and having 42 years of experience in Personal Injury, I have seen it all. When something new comes up, I research the item and become familiar with it. That is what you should expect out of the attorney you want on your side.<
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I provide a free initial consultation at which we talk about your case. If we both then want to proceed, a RETAINER AGREEMENT will be signed by the attorney and the client indicating the specific terms of the agreement, including how the attorney is to be paid for his services. Normally, for personal injury work, the attorney is paid at the time of settlement or court award and if there is no recovery, the attorney receives no fee and only costs reimbursed.
