The first step is setting up a free consultation via telephone or in-person meeting. If I can provide the legal services they need, we'll set up a retainer agreement and discuss payment options.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For litigation matters we normal take a retainer upfront and bill against the retainer. The retainer amount will vary per case.
For transactional services or corporate matters I usually bill per hour. Again, this amount will vary on the service being provided.
What types of customers have you worked with?
A majority of my clients are small to mid-sized business owners. Deal sizes have ranged from $500,000 to $34,000,0000.
