I specialize in functional muscle manipulation helping to rebalance the body due to routine work, stress and previous/current injuries. Deep tissue/sports massage combined with reiki energy work and cranial sacral work as well. I also educate clients on nutrition, mental health and many other avenues to a wellness lifestyle. We have providers that speak English, Spanish, and Maderine. We have a lovely office in Norwalk that is tranquile and privtate. We enjoy treating people and helping them get to a better place in life.
