My wife and I have each been practicing law for over 30 years and have been representing consumers in the San Diegoo County area in all kinds of trafficc accident, personal injury and medical malpractice cases over that time. Having represented insuracne companies in the past we know how they operate and evaluate cases. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start ith a phone call to determine the nature of the potetnial clients legal issues and needs, and if our firm seems a good fit given those needs we follow that with a no charge personal consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Gabrielle and Edgar Nield each have over 30 years experience in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation having been inovled in over a combined 50 jury trial over that time and settled hundreds more. Handling personal injury, catastrophic injury and medical malpracirtice cases is what we and our team do.

Our personal injury and medical cases are typically handled on a contingency fee basis. If there is no recovery by the client then we take nothing.
How did you get started in this business?
Both my wife and I graduated from law school many years ago, worked for several large law firms as partner fors years and 11 years ago decided to start our own practice.
