We are a fully integrated accounting, tax and legal firm. We have attorneys and CPAs on staff to handle all of our clients needs. Janathan L. Allen has a BS in Accounting, an MBA in international finance, JD in general studies, and an LLM in Taxation.

I spend the time with my customers so that they understand and have all their questions answered and depending on the complexity of questions I might have to do some research and set for a second appointment..
