What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Each client develops a better understanding of the influences that determine their and others' responses in relationships, personal stress, interpersonal concerns and/or in career. This removes stress and focuses on resolution. They develop improved communication, decision making and set goals by understanding themselves, others and how to address and resolve difficult situations better. By increasing personal and professional confidence clients reach their personal, professional or organizational goals often sooner than expected.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Harvard educated and research focused, we rely on research based psychology and organizational approaches that have been proven effective, as well as advancing processes through trusted industry standards that have supported clients throughout over 25 years of our experience.

Services are $75 for 45 minute, and $150 for 75 minute sessions scheduled weekly to to most efficiently address concerns and attain goals, or as recommended by the professional as best for each client. We provide personal or professional individual, couple, family, or professional group and/or team sessions as well as session plans and packages.

How did you get started in this business?

Psychology research and education has been a focus to better understand the reason for responses and behaviour and to help others be productive, relieve or eliminate stress and recognize the joy in life even in difficult situations to enjoy life and reach goals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work primarily with couples on relationship, communication and conflict resolution concerns. This influences their immediate and surrounding relationships (immediate and extended family, friendships, workplace relationships and leadership goals). I have helped clients with anxious and depressive thoughts, loss, complex situations and even career and financial review to develop confidence, make good decisions and create lasting positive behaviour change.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Each client(s) are individual, however all learn, understand and develop the confidence needed to address immediate and upcoming concerns.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Schedule a consultation call, share as much as comfortable about your situation and look for solution based processes as opposed to coping based skills to best resolve concerns and develop processes to confidently resolve upcoming concerns. Each therapist has processes that support client progress, and finding the right one helps you reach your goals often sooner than expected.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Ask therapists about the processes they use to reach your goals. Even without support from others progress can be made as you develop individual understanding and responses to difficult situations. However, I encourage communication with others involved in your concern and help you introduce processes that you will implement weekly. These processes help you approach your situation differently, respond more productively, increase emotional safety and confidence and develop new processes to reach your goal(s).
