Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, my experience in implementing this technique encompasses the concept of thoughts and how these affect responses. Cognitive therapy effectively focuses on present thinking, behavior, and communication, rather than on past experiences and is oriented toward problem solving.
Furthermore, Cognitive Analytic Therapy allows combining analytic ideas with cognitive therapy and reviewing past experiences to make efforts in understanding perceptions and responses, analyzing solutions and developing new ways of coping and defining processes.
In addition, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy allows considering and being cognitive of concerns and developing productive processes.
Each are collaborative approaches, working actively on challenges and addressing concerns using research proven methods and techniques appropriate and dedicated in working on actively changing problems.
Understanding each unique situation and discussing the best approach to develop lasting and productive benefits has proven especially effective.
Im so thankful for your help. Excellent therapist Rennee Tobias.
