I am a solution-based therapist with a spititual twist. I am very empathetic, yet My motto is: "Setting the Captives Free" What sets me apart is the fact that I love helping people and done this for the last 20 years of my life. I work with a very diverse group of people ranging from drug addiction, healing marriages, Life coaching and spiritual guidance. I strive for results.
I believe that I have been called to help people get free from the bondages of self, and develop practical solutions to become a whole and happy person. I love watching the light bulb come on when people start to see the changes happening in their lives. HELPING PEOPLE, HELPS ME.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I must first get to know them. So I ask the who, what when and where's establishing a relationship. We discuss why the client contacted me and how I can assist them. I will arrange a time to conduct a bio-psychosocial assessment, and an introductory session letting the client know abit about me and how I can be of service. If agreed I start a file and work on creating a treatment plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Doctorates Degree in Clinical Therapy. I been actively counseling people for over 20 years in various settings. I have worked with the homeless, drug addicts, dual diagnosis, Marriage and Family, Substance Abuse, Anger management, Depression etc... I also act as a Life Coach assisting people put together effective systems designed to help them achieve wellness mind, body, and Spirit.

I charge a$100.00 a session
How did you get started in this business?
I satarted counseling in the church, started school for Substance Abuse and decided that this was my calling.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with those clients who genuinely want to be helped. Those who are Open, Honest and Willing.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I assisted a client who was homeless put together a plan of action that led him to graduating from USC July 2021.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have the courage to get the help you need and stick it out until you get the results you were looking for. Rememer "Nothing changes if you don't change it."
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The only question that they should be thinking about is do i want to stay irritable, restless and discontent, or do I want to live free.
