What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client will contact me, either by telephone or email, identify him or herself and inform me of the issue at hand. I will then determine whether I have the expertise to handle the manner. If the client is interested in retaining me and I am interested in being retained, we will discuss how I would go about handling the matter and fees for services and move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Three (3) years of law school at Stanford University and 40 plus years as a business litigator and transactional attorney.
