I enjoy working with all individuals, couples, and groups. My heart is for women struggling through the challenges of life by facilitating healthy change and growth. I come from a Christian world-view and encourage trust in God, but do not expect clients to embrace my values.

I greatly enjoy the healing process!
Because I believe healing takes place in the context of relationships, I see therapy as an ideal place to sort out and work through the difficult places in our lives. Knowing that most spiritual, emotional, and relational issues have roots in the past, it is my desire to provide a safe environment to process the past, honestly look at the present, and make necessary changes for the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer an initial free 30 minute interview for people who do not know me. This is simply to meet and for the potential client to ask questions.
I want to speak by phone to set up the therapy sessions and prefer either VM or text communications.
