What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you understand how your attorney will charge.
Many personal injury firms will file a lawsuit versus put real effort into resolving your claim without filing a public law suit subjecting you to depositions, discovery, etc. Why do they do this? Because the contingency percentage tends to jump once the case is filed.
Many family law firms will create additional conflict in your case because it is in their benefit to have more conflict--they can then charge you more.
