Morning View Family Therapy
About
I believe every individual is capable of tasting the passion they have for life in whatever aspect they desire. I strive to help individuals become inspired by their own personal strengths and I strongly believe it's "the therapist's job to do everything in her power to promote self-understanding and encourage risk taking." Participating in therapy can result in a number of benefits to you, including a better understanding of your personal goals and values, relationships, and resolutions of the specific concerns that led you to seek therapy. Therapy can also give you insight of self and what perhaps may be limiting your experience of joy and satisfaction.
I have been counseling for over 10 years, working with individuals, couples, and families. My experiences include: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, sexual abuse, PTSD, childhood trauma, marriage crisis, addiction, criminality, stress in returning military veterans, trauma intervention, grief and loss, dual diagnosis, crisis intervention, victims of crime, anger management, domestic violence, work related concerns and issues relating to spirtuality counseling.
