What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will correspond via e-mail and often also offer a free fifteen minute initial consultation to assess all of client's legal and business needs. Then if we agree to terms of representation, I send a retainer agreement that spells out entire scope of services.
Once retained, I am available 24-7, 5 days a week. Clients can call or text with any questions. At TKO, there are no secretaries. When you call an attorney answers, ready to respond to all your inquiries.

JD; University of California Davis School of Law (2006-2009)
BA; Michigan State University, James Madison Honors College (2002-2006)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depending on nature and complexity of case, we will charge anywhere from $200 to $450 p/hour, with flat rates also negotiable.
