About this pro

I don't give therapeutic band-aids, I help people heal. Permanently.

My name is Kylie and I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide help to families, couples, adults, teens, and children.

I've spent years helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, LGBTQ issues, intimate relationships, and more with people just like you.

Now it's your turn.

Call or message me today at (714) 584 9018 or [email protected]

You can even book an appointment online right now at

(Though, if the session is less than 48 hours away the booking service requires you to contact me to make the appointment. You can definitely text, or email me day or night and I will get back to you within 12 hours.)

I feel privlidged to help people, as cliche as that sounds. To hear their stories, teach them skills to improve their lives, work through their 'baggage', and see them grow as people.

My goal is to help people get better until they don't need my guidance anymore. They can just go out and live, usually with a quality of life they didn't know was possible before.

It is such an honor to help people in this intimate way. I cherish the time we spent together, and though I'll miss them, I am so incredibly happy that they are living the lives they want.

She was easy to talk to and taught me lots of coping skills that helped with my anxiety. I'd recommend her to a friend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a prospective client contacts me I can just make and appointment or set up a 20 minute phone interview. This helps me be able to give you undivided attention while you tell me a little about what has you seeing counseling. I then let you know what treatment I reccomend to help you live the life you want. This process is informal, just a chat that helps us get a feel for one another and if we'd be a good fit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling and am now a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.

I am a Certified Parent Educator and Certified Parent Counselor which enables me to help parents improve mild, moderate, or severe behavioral issues in their children.

I have specialized trainings in play therapy, expressive art therapy, and sandtray therapy to treat children. For adults I am trained in psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness based techniques, cultural competence, feminist theory, and imago therapy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

The evidence shows that a strong relationship with your therapist leads to better results in therapy.

This is a personal eperience and I highly suggest reaching out and speaking with therapists until you feel a good connection. Just because you speak with one or meet with one doesn't mean you have to stick with them.

Therapy is about you. What makes you feel comfortable. I offer free phone consultations for just this reason, so we can see if we get along with a low stakes chat.
