Finding out what they are looking to do. Listen to them and then take the conversation find one or multiple action plans and then take them back to the client to pick an action plan.

Make sure you vibe and trust the person.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should make a list of what services would be needed, but they should write their questions down at the consultation to be able to ask them any questions that might come up during the conversation.
