My first attorney was through my legal plan at work. He would never answer my questions, slow on responses, and presented a general attitude of ‘next, we are making cookies here, get on with it.’ Meanwhile I’m reading documents that have double negatives, poor grammar, wrong addresses, and more! I was generally being ignored and it was too much for me to bear! I can’t tell you how fantastic Patrick and Arthur where in my case. I wanted an attorney that was fighting for me, not himself! I was directed to this dynamic duo through the Maricopa County Bar Association. They were very patient with my questions, as I had dissected the documents in great (based on experiences from above). Unlike some, I actually read what i was signing! Despite being what some might consider a ‘difficult client’ they understood my needs, gave me the ‘straight dope’ and backed it up with examples. I will be recommending this team to everyone I know and look forward to working with them again, if I need to.

Helped me with my case. He was a straight shooter and didn’t feed me bogus stuff to inflate a case, and his pocket. He told me where I had a chance and where it was a waste of time and money to pursue certain aspects of my case. He was fair and always responded quickly. Mr. Monahan handled my brother’s divorce. He did a wonderful job of protecting my bother’s interest. At the time of the divorce, my brother was not in the best of health. Mr. Monahan would come to my brother and explain everything. Additionally, Monahan was also able to help sort out some issues after my brother passed.
