I believe that counseling should help provide clients with the tools to effectively cope with those highs, lows, and new experiences. Because no journey through life is ever the same, I believe counseling should be tailored to each client’s specific needs.

I have worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in their times of need. I have experience working with various forms of therapy including CBT and Gottman Method Couples Counseling, that I have used to help clients through tough times with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and more.

I work with clients to create a perfectly tailored plan for them. Changes and situations can be difficult, but with the right tools, those difficulties can be overcome.
