What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first telephone call is the most important part of the process. That is when we both get to know each other and have the opportunity to decide if we will be able to work together or not. The first phone call helps me understand their situation and what is the first issue that needs to be resolved. I also look at other issues such as Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Life Insurance and determine if their are other ways for the client to be compensated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have four years of undergraduate degree to earn a bachelor of arts. I earned a law degree in three years from the Bowen School of Law. I have taught Trial Advocacy and numerous CLE classes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
