What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require an intial consultation and do not charge for the first 15 minutes. If the consultation takes longer, I bill at my hourly rate and require payment at that time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a B.A. from Texas A&M University. I am certified to practice as an Attorney Ad Litem in family law and probate cases in which I represent the best interest of the child. I have over 60 hours of mediation training and offer mediation services.
