Having personally experienced pain and struggle, I know how hard life can be. I've also felt the benefits of having a trusted person walk with me and help me make sense of my story. I feel honored to have the opportunity to journey with others, no matter what must be faced. No one is too broken for counseling or so untouched by brokenness that they cannot benefit from counseling. I work from the belief that all people have innate worth and dignity, and change happens when we are fully seen, known, and accepted by others. With warmth, empathy, and genuineness, my goal is to work together to remove obstacles in the way of your growth.

I have 4+ yrs experience with eating disorders & co-occurring disorders (residential & php settings). I work with issues such as body image, self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Also, I have extensive ministry experience, know firsthand the pain the church can cause, and can meet you wherever you are in your faith journey.

I enjoy working with a variety of clients. It is an honor and privilege to bear witness to the stories that make up someone's life. I take a flexible and organic approach, integrating lots of different theories and techniques to tailor a therapy journey that is uniquely helpful to each client.
