J Reynolds Counseling

I provide individual, family, and couples counseling to individuals in the Birmingham, AL area. I provide child counseling for ages 4-13, adolescent services from 13-19, and services with adults. I provide individualized services that meet the needs of the individual. I like to get to know my clients so that we can work to assist in lasting changes.

I love helping individuals become the best versions of themselves and work through hurdles and negative feelings that are present.
