Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coaching- My typical process in beginning a new coach/client relationship is to start with a 30-minute conversation. I offer this complimentary session to every one of my prospective clients to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you would like help in and how we are going to get there. If either one of us finds I am not the right expert for you, I will do my utmost to find a trusted colleague who may be. If we decide to move forward together, I will begin by sending a “coach strategy intake form” to get the ball rolling. This form provides information about the client, and his/her personal and professional goals, as well as his/her life story/history and the agreement. Ultimately all decisions on pace and depth of work is up to the client - as is the nature of coaching. You will make the empowering choices and I will walk with you from day one as guide and supporter.
Psychotherapy- As stated above, the process is like my coaching; however, the paperwork is a slightly different becasuse I only practice in Colorado (clients that are residents of Colorado). With psychotherapy, I will do an intake/process session to gather personal/professional information (i.e., may include mental health background, medical, and any other health information that would help). This process take place so that I may provide the best/fit treatment plan/program that work best for you.
Notary Public- The process includes: Government or State ID.
