I am so passionate about helping my clients move their life forward. I have a variety of tools from theory based to spiritual tools to help people move through their challenges and see the light at the end of the tunnel.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sent a short questionnaire. Then we meet over phone or Zoom. And if we feel this is a good partnership we'll set up the first session. At that session we talk about goals, what the clients intentions for working with a coach and what do they want to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Life Coach, Certified Energy Healer, Certified Happiness Coach.
How did you get started in this business?
I have 25 years in non-profit leadership and I decided to go into business in 2016 because I was giving so much advice personally and professionally that I decided that Life Coaching could be a great business for me and I was right.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with executives, people out of work, people looking for work, mothers, single men and women. Married people. LGBTQ individuals. People of Color. Income range from $1 million + to people who make a modest income.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of when I was coaching a team of people. They were focused on identifying and living into their passions. A couple of the participants when they started the coaching were kind of depressed, had a negative outlook on life. After going through the Passion Program they totally transformed. They were living into their passions. Their energy was positive. They could not stop smiling. It was such a joy to see them living into their happiness.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say meet with them and see how it feels to talk with them. Do they make you feel calm? Do they seems like they have a variety of tools that can help you? Are they positive and hopeful.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1) why am I looking for a coach?
2) will I do the work they give me to do?
3) what exactly do I need to work on and want to work on?
