Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first partake in a strategy session to get a framework of the client's needs to plan for a successful transition. This can be done in verbal conversation as well as a questionnaire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified life coach and personal trainer under the American Union of NLP, taught by Dr. Steve Jones, Ed.D; and NASM, (National Academy of Sports Medicine), respectively. I also possess a Master's of Psychology in Sports Performance. I'm currently working on a doctorate as a Life Coach and Transpersonal Counseling in Metaphysics.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For strength and conditioning or lifestyle coaching, I work within a 12-week training cycle. $2700 virtually.
Life-coach services are four sessions per month for $600.
How did you get started in this business?
I was lost in my life's pathway while working as an aircraft fireman and EMT, (Emergency Med Tech). I was bored and my job just did not fit the parameters of my life expectancy.
I began learning about strength training as it began to answer my questions about being human and our purpose in life. Mind-body-spirit advertising gave understanding about the human physicalness and the mind in training but never answered the questions on spirituality.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Strength training for building muscle, conditioning, weight-loss, life-coaching came later after my graduate work. I like to talk about motivation and purpose so that clients gain an understanding of the reason for regimentation.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
As a life coach, a particular client was adamant about being an atheist as well as being depressed. She was a very talented artist and writer. In our many discussions, we talked about the duality of consciousness, and later she began to talk about God as if she believed in a higher power all the time. I would never be judgemental about someone's beliefs.
