A Cut Above Design is the name of a business I run. I prune and shape Japanese Maples. However, I do listening and coaching. I was a compassionate listener for Veterans dealing with Post Traumatic Stress. I have coached for over 30 years.
I listen better than most. I am very logical and methodical. The greatest thing about listening to people is hearing what got them to where they are now. I am an alternative teacher and coach. I do not let the status quo get in the way of change.
