What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our processes are well established and unique for each service and client. Typically, a team is assembled once we have a team kick off meeting where the entire project is reviewed, and notes or questions are addressed immediately with the client. During this meeting a timeline will be formed and, as always, this may increase or decrease depending on changes and the speed of approvals. We make every effort to keep both of us on track.
