I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) licensed in Utah, Idaho and Florida. I use a variety of modalities to help with anxiety, depression and processing past trauma (including all forms of abuse) in a safe, compassionate environment. I also focus on self-acceptance and building self-esteem and self- care. We work together on your goals and move forward to progress and successfully overcoming obstacles that might be holding you back or keeping you stuck. I love my job because I get to witness people move from misery to find peace and happiness in their lives.
