Always enjoyed working with numbers and the investigating of financial records as an auditor. Due to the recent tax changes, took a six week course with Liberty Tax to update my knowledge of tax law and enjoyed it very much. It sparked the thirst for knowledge and registred for continued education courses.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interview the client and collect pertinent information.
Review prior year return.
Prepare estimate based on the information gathered.
Prepare a review return for the client to examine and approve.
Make changes if any and file tax return with the IRS.
Explain to the client how to track their refund or payments if necessary.
Explain that I am available at any time if they are contacted by the IRS regarding the return at no additional cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BBA in accounting.
Retired CPA.
Bilingual. English and Spanish.
Six week training on the new Tax changes.
