Sandstone Counseling

I work well with co-dependent personalities who are seeking healthy boundaries, healthy risk-taking and confidence. I do much work with musicians, artists, writers, and creative types. I also focus part of my practice on issues of childhood wounds and traumas. I graduated from Trinity University in 1989.

I enjoy facilitating noticeable progress in clients, especially tailoring the treatment plan to the individual client's needs and desires. The process of therapy is gentle and safe but challenges us to grow and find strength and resiliency.
