There are many people who believe that…
Lasting personal change or therapeutic results takes a long time (often years)
Change needs to be about deep analysis, or self-reflection
Reliving past trauma will somehow make your future better
Understanding why you have a problem will somehow make it go away.
However… change doesn’t have to be done this way!
We all experience life in our own unique way and being able to work in a field where I can see 2 almost identical truths show up so differently in people while unravfeling the "issue" those truths are holding onto is exciting and rewarding for me.
Reminds me of my time in the military.

We start with a strategy session. A time for me to get to know the individual and how they operate in the world. Many therapies want to focus on the issue and how the process can allievate thier pain but if our goal to acheive organic, lasting change that can grow with you then we need to respect the human aspect of things. We are uniquely different in many ways and it is those differences that will shape your session.
As a verteran of the United States Marine Corps. I've been able to gain unique insight in the application of Neuro Linguistic Programming beyond that which would be needed to facilitate change in a non-military training enviroment. This also makes me more comfortable with "tough" cases and I love taking a "back-door" approach the working with the sub-conscious mind. Much like I did during my time as a magicain/mentalist where the directing of attention is key. I believe the work I do now is a direct evolution of myself.
My goal with this service to be able to help more people with the skills I've aquired through life thus far. An in-person session is personal and dynamic, allowing for a more rich experience. And an aspect of that is lost when working online. While change is still very attainable the approach is different and in respect of that, an in-person appointment is $250 and online work is $150. The stratgey session is FREE with both.
Coming out of the military, I found the transition to be more than I could handle at the moment. So I turned to my knowledge of hypnosis from my time as a performer thinking that I would go 'under', be re-programmed and wake up okay.
Well the more I explore theraputic hypnosis, the more I realized that things were not so simple and that I would need to expand knowledge in areas like NLP and Soma-Semantics to fully understand the inner workings of out sub-conscious minds. These studies help overcome the barriers/filters that kept me from fully enjoying life outside the military and now I get to share those skills and lessons to help people navigate the maze that can be our minds.
I've worked with a variety of issues including phobias, traumas, eating disorders, and anxiety/stress realted illnesses. I also have a background in Hypnotic Pain Control.
Change isn't a process, it is an experience so the person you choose to work with should feel an old friend. One that wants to know you and understand who you are more than just run through thier healing "process."
Am I willing to take responsibilty for what these professionals are asking of me?
A big part of any change is what is called Emotional Buy-In.
If you do not see yourself fully commiting to what is being offered/suggested to help facilitate change then do not do it hoping it will work anyway.
We live life from the 'inside-out' meaning that we think and feel before we LIVE out the reality. And since both those things happen internally, it makes sense to lead from there.
