Insight Mental Wellness provides Telepsychiaty and outpatient diagnostic evaluation and medication management for patients ages 9+. We also provide second opinions on diagnoses as well as treatment modalities.
Telepsychiatry: This service is provided for patients convenience and most importantly to our long distance patients located around Texas. We live in a world of rapidly-evolving technology and our secure and confidential TeleHealth video system allows patients and providers to engage from the comfort of any of the designated locations.
Dr. Tolani’s focus is to see you as an individual with unique qualitites and challenges while forming a partnership with you to provide a holistic centered treatment plan. Dr. Tolani is always open to suggestions and love engaging patients in developing management strategies to better manage the day to day challenges that affect general wellness. She values the ability to promote therapeutic wellness beyond simply medication regimen.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dr. Tolani can review your current prescriptions to evaluate indications, dosage, effectiveness, interactions, and side effects. She can help consolidate a complex regimen to a simple but effective medication regimen. She is able to evaluate and collaborate with other care providers (primary care provider, specialist, therapist, nutritionist, life coach, physical trainers etc.) to address underlying symptoms and lifestyle factors associated with mental illness.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Tolani is a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) who enjoys working with patients in a collaborative manner to better understand their diagnosis, treatment plan, and how to manage day to day concerns related to mental health. She graduated her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), with a major in psychiatry, from the University of South Alabama. She fell in love with psychiatric care while in nursing school and has been in psychiatric care right from her very first nursing employment in 2012.
