I specialize in Construction and Service companies. I will setup your bookkeeping with Quickbooks. Which will take care of all income and expenses. Including subcontractors and 1099's and Payroll processing and taxes.
You can view your business on your desktop, smart phone, tablet or any device with an internet connection. business quick and easy. Saving you money and time on the job. Getting more done without struggling over finances.
I work with you on an hourly basis, Monthly and Quarterly.
I offer business consultations and reviews to go over your next steps to building a strong business through your finances. We also look and determine how to save you money or money being spent that is not helping your business. Many of things you are not using and signed up on a recurring status.
Then we track all numbers to build a strong business based on existing numbers and future goals.
I have been a business owner for 30 plus years and understand the gaps and challenges that comes with a business. We take away that stress and make you powerful, certain and in control. This will take you to the next level in your business. Your business working for you vs you working 14 hours a day.
We work remotely and onsite depending on the needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first will have a phone conversation to discuss your business. What areas you need help with. For example just starting out, accounts payable, payroll, subcontractors, accounts receivable.
I will create a plan and give you several options to organize and grow your business. Then we will begin in stages. It generally takes 3 months to 1 year to implement all phases. We develop and progress as your business is growing and we make improvements saving you time and money.
Your business will then be a pleasure and enjoyment to be working in. And actually know your finanacial story.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 plus years experience in finance, bookkeeping, software programs, computers, office manager, payroll manager and operating a construction company.

Hourly rate is $35.00 per hour. I bill this for 8 hours and you can use as needed.
Quarterly rate - Ranges from $195- $395
Monthly rate is from $295-$1500 - Depending on your needs. $295 - would be less than 100 transactions per month.
Business Consulting - $75.00 per Hour
