Prior to going out on my own, I worked in Public Accounting at Arthur Andersen & Associates in audit and then at Deloitte & Touche in tax. In adddition to my 9 years in public accounting I have experience in private industry, first as internal audit at Oxy and then later I worked at a startup as the CFO of a dialysis company that has several clinics and hospital contracts in the Houston and Huntsville area. After working at a startup I realize the complexities companies face as they scale up. We offer tax, consulting work, and accounting services. We can help you deal with your IRS issues and clean up your bookkeeping. We primarily work with Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Enterprise. We perform payroll for many of our clients and offer fullservice payroll that includes filing you employment tax forms.

I enjoy meeting clients and building a relationship to assist them in navigating the complexities of business and compliance issues that businesses face as they continue to grow. This year has been very challenging for small businesses due to Covid-19. In addition to the normal consulting that I perform, I have worked with many clients to obtain the financing needed to stay in businees through PPP loans. I continue to work with these clients to document the requirements needed to obtain PPP loan forgiveness.
