Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients typically schedule a consult by phone, zoom or email. I discuss their situation and fee. Clients then submit their paper work either by mail, face to face and email. Once I complete their 1040 I provide a refund estimate and final fee price. Clients then sign form 8879 in agreement for efile and the forms are submitted. Clients pay prior to filing or have it deducted from their tax refund.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for Jackson Hewitt (4) years and Liberty Tax (1) yr. I complete annual training to earn CEUs and register for IRS listing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prices start at $150 for complete tax preparation.

There is a fee for additional form copies and assistance completing legal forms. Notary service in progress.
How did you get started in this business?
I began in 2008 with Jackson Hewitt. After having horrible experience on my own with local tax agencies I wanted to learn the efficient way to do my taxes. It also came as a part time job which turned into a passion and one day starting my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with customers of all filings, small business and those who receive SSA and have special forms to file.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Not only do you want to look for a decent price but you want to get value of service with the price. It is important to have education on your tax situation.
