About
I have been a therapist in private practice for 35 years. I enjoy working with people of all ages in individual, couple or family therapy. My focus is to help people discover their own resources to solve their problems. I am excited about teaching clients the most effective self help techniques I have discovered which are Creative Journal Expressive Arts based on the work of Lucia Capacchione, Phd; and EFT which involves tapping on accupressure points.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker and a certified Creative Journal Expressive Arts (CJEA) Instructor.
My office is in my home in Dickinson, Tx. which provides a comfortable environment.
I enjoy helping people to discover the solutions to their problems.
