What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have payment plans as low as $50 a month and will work with them on the payment plan. We always try to match/beat any other law firm's prices.

Over 15 years experience and one of the top 3 bankruptcy attorney's in the DFW area. We also handle the entire state of TX. We do Debt Negotiations, IRS offer and compromise and private student loans forgiveness program.

We recently gave a scholarship to a client who was trying to better their situation and finish college. We have done some prose cases on special instances. We believe in helping others so they can help themselves and their family.

Huge in helping our military and truck drivers who keep this country safe and running. We are here for everyone!
There is no reason for anyone to be afraid of creditor's, be scared that they will lose a vehicle and not be able to work, lose their home due to HOA fees or mortgage companies trying to take their homes, being frightened of being put out on the streets because they feel they can't stop evictions, or be bullied from bad landlords, etc. We can help anyone in this situation as long as they contact us in time! What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When getting prices and shopping around, ask attorney's that give a low price, does this include filing fees and what other unexpected cost can you expect? Many times attorney's will give a low price to get you in their doors, then hit you with other fees and you feel pressured.
