I specialize in supporting families, teens, and children through life’s emotional challenges, with a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or navigating a neurodiverse experience (“neurospicy”), I work to meet each client where they are—honoring their individuality and helping them build skills for growth and confidence.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate #96221) in Texas, I am supervised by Sharon Bien, LPC-S. I use evidence-based techniques while maintaining a playful, developmentally appropriate style for younger clients, and a compassionate, honest space for teens and families.
