What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer depends on their particular needs, but typically follows this sequence:
1) Initial call to discuss customer needs and the services I can provide
2) Price quote emailed to customer
3) Upon acceptance of quote, I will send engagement letter for signature
4) I will provide a secure method for customer to send any documents I need to complete the job
5) I will send email updates on my progress and answer any questions from the customer by email, phone call, or zoom
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a masters degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University and I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas. I am also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor which ensures I stay up to date on QuickBooks Online functions and also gives me the ability to provide exclusive 50% discounts on QuickBooks subscriptions.
