What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, you would send me at least one or two years of past returns allowing me to see what you're tax situation has been historically. It also allows me to make suggestions if I see something that may be "off", and it give me a basis for what kinds of questions I may need to ask you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in Accounting and taxation, and I'm certified as a CPA in both Texas and New Mexico. I'm also certified by the AICPA as a Certified in Financial Forensics, which gives me an edge when helping people find answers to their special circumstances.
