What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customers at their home or an agreed place. Interview customers and pickup documents. Do their taxes at my place of work and meet a few days later for any final changes and then print their tax returns. .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Has a Bachelors degree, worked towards an MBA and more than 20 years if tax prep experience.
