About
Jessica offers mindfulness based coaching that focuses on the body as a tool to access our deeper wisdom. Each person is held in unconditional positive presence, nurtured, and cared for in a personalized and authentic way.
We begin by creating a shared space of awareness, comfort, and safety. We take our time, without agenda.
We tune to the body, the breath, the subtle signals that we often miss in "ordinary" consciousness. Body awareness is a direct path to the subconscious and will lead us to our inner landscape if we listen.
From there, we allow the experience to emerge and explore together, with care and curiosity. Many people are surprised by the depth of what can emerge by simply allowing their experience to be held and witnessed in the caring presence of another.
Each session takes about an hour.
This can be a deep and transformative experience and has the potential to greatly enhance your self-learning.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, I would suggest one session to meet and greet each other, ask questions, and learn about the methods used. From there, we will agree to a set of sessions if it feels like a good fit, in order to allow the work to deepen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, a graduate of the Comprehensive Training from the Hakomi Institute, and have master level attunement in Reiki.
