What I enjoy most is helping people see they do not need to work in traditional work environments and they can have their life as well as an income all at once. If you believe you can make your business happen then it can be done, I love motivating people to get there.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to discuss what goals my client has for their business venture and whether they intend it to be passive or active income for them. From there we make a plan together on the next steps of creating their LLC, DBA or just collecting income under their name.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years of experience in creating and filing LLCs and DBAs in Texas, 10 years of bookkeeping and tax preparation experience, 15 years in business and office environments in a management role. I also have a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas State University.

All prices vary depending on services needed as well as state, county and city filing fees.
How did you get started in this business?
I began by working for others in office environments out of college; I quickly learned the ins and outs of staffing, recuriting, management and daily business operations. I would become deeply passionate about my work only to be deemed less than by some manager high up that I most likely had never even met. I made a decision for myself when I turned 30 I would never work for someone else again and only with someone to achieve goals.
