What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in leveraging technololgy to the fullest extent available. We understand that the meaning of "business as usual" has evolved. We work around our client's schedules and schedule meetings via telephone conference, webcall, video chat, text messaging, or email. In cases when it is practical and feasible to do so, we occasionally meet with our clients in person.
More importantly, we believe in protecting our customer's data and privacy, so we set up each of our clients with an encrypted client portal via our mobile app, which can be accessed directly on the web, downloaded from the App Store (for iPhone users) or Google Play (for Android users). This way, we can exchange important, and sensitive information securely, and confidently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 18 years of professional experience in accounting, business advisory, consulting, and tax services.

How did you get started in this business?
We have always had a passion for helping people. For more than 20 years, ours has been solving complex financial problems that often hinder people and businesses from successfully achieving business and personal financial goals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have served clients of all shapes and sizes. Our individual clients range from low-wage earners, transient military service members, and high net worth individuals with complex financial structures. For our business services, we have served startup buisnesses making less than $100,000 per year to global conglomerates generating revenues in the tens of billions of dollars. We've worked with customers in a variety of industries including nonprofit, government, privately-held companies, and publicly traded corporations.
