Stephen gave me confidence that I was lacking during my job search. He provided me tools that helped me keep record of where I had applied, who I had interviewed with, and what my next steps would be. The best piece of advice he gave me was that I needed to follow up with my interviewers a day after an interview, and to keep contacting them until I either had a job offer or a rejection. Each of my five sessions with Stephen were productive, as he gave my things to work on before our next meeting. I did my final session the night before an in-person interview that I had been looking forward to for weeks. Stephen and I did a mock interview, and he gave me critical feedback that helped the day of the interview. I started my sessions with Stephen in late October, and by the first week of December, I had started my new job. I honestly don't think I could have done it without his help. I highly suggest working with Stephen if you're getting down on yourself during your job search. He kept me focused on my goal of getting a new job after a relocation.
