I have worked the field of mental health for approximately 21 years. I provide some diverse services that include therapeutic services that address issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, anger, PTSD, family, and couples therapy. The therapeutic model mostly used in my practice is forms of Cognitive Behavavioral Therapy. I provide therapy to adolescents and adults from ages 13 and above. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first provide an initial consultation free of charge. After consultation is the intake process and paperwork explaining the procedures and counseling / client agreement as well as length of sessions that will be provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters in Counseling Psychology and 21 years as a therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee.
