What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts us, we like to talk a little on the telephone, then email a the client a questionnaire to complete and return to us. Then we review the questionnaire with the client in detail to determine the best way to make the case succeed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing bankruptcy law for close to 30 years, and have helped many people obtain a fresh start in life. I regulalry attend conferences and workshops to keep myself and my office staff up to date on the latest changes in the law and learn new way to help clients with difficult situations.
I graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1992 and passed the Rhode Island Bar the same year. I am licensed in practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
